I have purchase a product online from the com. after doing verification that the product is very much available in stock. On confirmation from comp i made payment and was communicate that the product will be deliver in one week. but after taking lot of follow-up I got deliver a different product what I was ordered. When I call to customer care they even don’t ready to take my call. Every time put me on hold and drop the call after few min. Then I sent email to company but no action is taken care by company. Even did not got any response. Please help me as I list me money to deal with this fraud company.. 100bestbuy (Suksh Technology Private Limited) Cheater Company who makes customer fool with his falls commitment.

I want the actual product what i ordered. Also wanted the Compensation for my time & disturbance which has occur due to the company be heaver. Please give the company a big penalty so that they will not do the same with some one else.
