100bestbuy – Product Not Delivered – Review

I have booked a combo pack of sunglass through 100bestbuy.com site and a sum of Rs 423 has been deducted from my Hdfc bank account.The seller hasn’t delivered the goods neither has given me any refund.I have called them many times and they said they have received my payment(Which they could confirm when they type my mobile number in system-9789114xxx) and due to technical issues they could not give me the product.I have trying ,begging these people to almost on daily basis to get either refund or product but in vain.They dismiss my calls and mails promising they will attend in next 2 days time and so on.Kindly help me.

I want my money to be refunded along with the expense incurred which I have spend for contacting them through mails and phone calls
