Dear concern ,

On 9 nov 2011,i went to the SBI bank ATM for withdrawal 8000/-, the transection was unsuccessful while still 8000/- debited to my a/c but after two minut the same amount credit back to my a/c .Afterward on same day i used icici bank ATM the same case happened there ,again the transection was unsuccessful but 8000/- debited to my a/c, but this time the amount not get credit back to my a/c.
For all this happening on the same day i have lodge a complant no. SR196528327, against the debit made by the icici bank of Rs 8000/- from my icici bank a/c no. 10790152321 for an unsuccessful transection at icici bank ATM. I have been given a wating time frame of 5 days with a complaint no by icici bank customer care,which have already passed but niether the amount credit to my a/c nor any response received ,when i call again icici bank customer care ,they asked me to lodge my complaint again instead of clearing the issue , i request them to check your cc tv footage of the said atm machine . But no response ,i have already gave them written request but the issue is still pending .kindly do the need full
