I had registered a complaint against the same person yesterday and I am yet to geta follow up. However inspite of obtaining the settlement paper this person who identifies as vipul gupta and calls from 01145546703 behaves in a very haunting and incorrigible manner. The seetlemt paper clearly states the last date of settlemnt as 11th june. However he was insisting on making the payement yeasterday. Today he is insisting on making the payment today. In spite of telling him that i have alreay clarified the facts with mumbai collections- citibank he insists on letting him know the identity of person spoken to. Also repeatedly harrases by asking to make the payment immediately. He keeps threatening about personal issues. I would appreciate if the authorities are informed about this and stern action is taken against this person and his behaviour.
