I receive two calls frrom 91-172-6601101 on saturday 12th sep & 1 call on friday saying sorry for inconvinience & rusume outgoing within a hour or two, right now, but sorry to say that till this time outgoing also not possible, what is your system I am not understanding I have again deposited a cheque of Rs. 570/ of Icici Bank no. 074224 dt. 3/9/2009 with them,
one cheque of Rs. 250/ against bill of Rs.230/ was deposit of IDBI Bank on 11th Aug.2009, one of your rep is saying your cheque is bounced & collect that che. from our office & my banker is saying that this no. cheque is not presented for payment and you stoped outgoing in this period 5-6 times, when all fault is on your lavel & I am suffering due to your fault. From last one year problem in your company that your account is not update & Tata stop outgoing facility stoped & after discution they agree there fault & say this will not be repeted and in the naxt month the problem remains unchange.

Sir,
After depositing bill in aug.vide ch. no. 146956 of idbi bank of Rs.250/-you
have stopped my outgoing calls five times in last 25 days and your customer
care rep. saying that your ch have been bounced and collect it from our
office when my banker is saying that this no. cheque is not yet presented
for payment. From last one year this is the repeted problem every month your
rep Mr. Rinku says that your payment is not tracing and you stop my outgoing
calls and after long discusion at your customer care,they ask where you have
deposited, what is amount , give cheque no. & name of bank and then the
payment have traced and you restoration the services. I am not receving bill
from last one year. I am paying for this wrok and I am on duty of
tatateleservices and paying to them for it every month. My mobile no is
