NO Service For KARBONN SMART TAB2

Here I am the customer of your product of Karbonn Smart Tab 2 since 1st Oct. 2012. From then I am suffering to get it because of its service quality. No proper attention given there. There was hanging problem occurs in my tablet after the 20 days from the purchase date. Then I contacted to Authorised Service Center regarding the same to my nearest location which is available at Rathyatra, Crossing. Name is Kavyanshi Communication Contact Person – Mr. Pankaj.I have told them what the problem come in my tablet. They said to me that there is sometime taken or you can come tomorrow. after next day he told me that my tablet is dispatched to the company i.e. Bangalore. Then time is going on after one month they contact us that my tablet is ok. I got it in well condition. And after 10 days the same problem occurred in my tablet. Again i went to Service center for the concern. then It taken one week to resolve the problem. After some days the same problem come. Again it taken 3 days to solve the problem. And the employee of that service center in not given proper attention. Not listening the customer’s problem in details.

The main reason to inform you that please give me a new one tablet in place of my existing tablet because there is so many hanging problem coming while using it or surfing the internet. Otherwise we will go for a legal activity in the court against not given proper attention and ignore customers problem and delayed to solving the problems. Or Extend my tablet warranty for the 2 months because the maximum time it was in service center. And they have delayed to remove the problem in long time. Why It will deduct from my tablet warranty?
