BlazeFlash NON DELIVERY OF BOOKED ARTICLE

I BOOKED AN ENVELOPE CONTAINING RAILWAY TICKET FOR JOURNEY ON 07 MAR 13 FOR MY PARENTS ON ADDRESS – DP SINGH, C/O ABHAY KUMAR SINGH, PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK, RAMASHISH CHOWK, HAJIPUR, VAISHALI, BIHAR. THE ITEM WAS BOOKED VIDE VOUCHER NUMBER 212680215 ON 23 FEB 13. TELEPHONE NUMBER OF BOTH THE PARTIES WERE MENTIONED ON THE ENVELOPE. HOWEVER THE ARTICLE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE AND THUS THE PURPOSE OF SENDING RAILWAY TICKET THROUGH COURIER SERVICE HAS FAILED. I ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT AT CSD NUMBER AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE, BUT THE SAME WAS NEVER PICKED UP. THE SERVICES RENDERED TO ME WAS VERY BAD AND I NOW NEED TO HAVE MY REFUND BACK.

I WANT THE REFUND OF Rs. 40/- INCURRED ON ACCOUNT OF BOOKING OF THE ARTICLE AS THE ARTICLE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE. ANY OTHER RELIEF TOWARDS THE MENTAL HARASSMENT AND BAD SERVICES RENDERED TO ME BY BLAZEFLASH COURIER COMPANY. ACTION BY THE COMPANY ON THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAY IN DELIVERY / NON DELIVERY.
