I ordered two gifts using their website on February 13 (http://www.giftstoindiaplaza.com) Till date the order has only been partially delivered. I have tried reaching the customer care on numerous occassioans, but in vain. The customer care sometime picks the phone, and puts it on hold after listening to the details. No replies to several emails that i have posted. Following details: Order # – GTIP-2846 Order Details 1) Item Code FLRC043 – Amount 815/- (Staus delivered) 2) Item code CHO017 – Amount 879/- (Status – Not yet delivered). Date of booking – 13 Feb 2013 Customer Care # – 9007135601 / 9674948876 Also tried to follow-up with the courier company, they notified there was no order for CHO017 from the company. Proof of message from the courier company is present with me. Mo. 9305072055.

In addition to the economic loss of 879/- rs, the gifts couldn’t make it to the intended purpose (till date) thus devaluing the occasion it should have reached. It also caused a lot of stress and frustration since i have to frantically follow up for my order with no response from the website, despite of charging me the full amount. The service offered by the website was extremely poor (no response to emails, no response to hundreds of calls, hanging up the phone twice after listening to the complaint when the call got connected)

1) Either the order should be delivered as soon as possible. 2) The amount of Rs. 879 should be returned. 3) The website shuold additionally clarify on the reason for this delay and bad quality service.
