I have booked a 3 BHK flat (Flat No. S-101) in their upcomming society “STELLAR JEEWAN” in Noida Extension, in the month of August, 2012 and paid 10% booking amount. Since then I am running pillars and post to get the Allotment Letter and the Builders Buyers Agreement as I have to apply for the Home loan agaisnt the same flat. It has been more than 6 months and despite of several reminders, M/s Stellar is not issueing the same. Now the market price of the flat has been increased and M/s STELLAR is trying to find ways and means to cancel the booking of the flat. I have paid my hard earned money, in the hope of getting a flat, but, this unfair practice from M/s STELLAR has tarnished all my hopes.

Either my flat at the original terms and conditions or Rs. 20 Lacs as compensation along with 100% refund of my booking amount.
