Last year in the month november purchased Lava Mobile Xolo x900 (IMEI: 911202500176714) that’s of lava company. and now it has become faulty it does not start up and there are no repair shops for xolo phone only company repairs these phones. But there is no way to connect the company i found an xolo customer care number (180030100104) and called them but they are not even responding i’m trying from 6th of this month. every time i call they say all our customer care executives are busy.

I’m really confused how to repair this phone. Where are the Indian Government Laws to Protect Consumers ?
