Deficiency in Broadband service Connection

I had applied for a Photon+ broadband connection from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and at the time of the pplication I had paid Rs 3500/-by a Ch. no.224164 dated 31.07.2009 in favour of DIESL towards the cost of the USB Modem and Rs 99/- by a cheque 224165 dated 31.07.2009 in favour of TTML towards activation charges. Both the cheques drawn on Canara Bank, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai were cleared on 04.08.2009. The Photon+ connection with account no. 975426800 and telephone no. 23996659 was activated on 08.08.2009.

1. At the time of submitting the application I had specifically opted for The Freedom @ Night Plan. But in the bill dated 20.08.2009 for the period 17/07/2009 to 16/08/2009 my plan was mentioned as HSIA Get Started 400 Plan and I was charged Rs 1252/-.Immediately I took up the matter with the Company and after much communication, the Plan was changed to Freedom @Night Plan and an amount of Rs 1085.85 was adjusted in the next Bill.

2. As per the Company’s letter the credit limit assigned to me was Rs. 1000/- only. Surprisingly in the next Bill dated 19/09/2009 for the period 17/08/2009 to 16/09/2009, I was charged a hefty bill of Rs 9799/-. The Company had not cared to raise interim bill when my usage exceeded the credit limit. I had asked the Company to explain this but so far I could not get a satisfactory reply from the Company. Had the Company raised the Interim bill, the excess usage if any should have come to my knowledge and I should have curtailed the usage as per the scheme opted. Surprisingly the Company raised an Interim bill on 23.09.2009 for Rs. 6975/- and this was after the origination of the monthly bill. There is gross deficiency in service from the Company for it failed to inform me the usage and my exceeding the credit limit in time and thereafter raised a huge bill on me for the entire month.
3. The free data usage mentioned in the plan is 10 GB (During Night). I have used the facility during the stipulated hours in the night only. I called for the Browsing details date wise and when I received the same I noted that both downloading and uploading charges are charged. As per the details provided to me, downloading and uploading has occurred at the same time. I had requested the Company to explain this to me but could not receive a reply till date. I had asked the Company to explain the uploading charges to me and that the bills could be settled only after receiving a satisfactory reply.
4. I have part settled the bill. The balance amount is yet to be paid. The Connection is already disconnected by me. The Company has refused to take back the USB Modem and refund the money paid by me.

5.I am totally disappointed with the service rendered by the company.They are not at all responding to my various queries. The Company is asking for full payment. I request you to help me in getting a satisfactory explanation to all my queries so that the matter can be settled.
