Dear Sir, on 22june2013 I was trying to shop Mobile phone worth Rs 22999/- on online shopping website named Yebhi.com, The order taken succesfully order no : YBH3851483 and payment done in full using my NetBanking, and order status on that shown was in Process, when i called up confirm customer care says order will be delivered in 7 days, and on 7th days when i called customer says that product is not available with the vendor and will be informed when it is available , after 3 days they kept on saying the same and later told u can cancel the order, and finally i cancelled the same order on 2nd of july2013, it went in wallet and from their i opted for cash refund , from 3july onwards status shows me cash refunded, but i dint recieved even today, i called up customer care several times they kept saying it will be refunded in 7 days then they said it will be funded in 10 , till today they kept me saying give us 48 hrs it will be done.. I am really pissed of with this follow up with this kind of customer care response, they told me send mail, bank statements, idid all but no refund, Please Help me sir, my money blocked for more that 20 days now since the payment i made on 22june till today,
I wanted my money back with interest and also the process mentally tortured me a lot
