Homeshop18 – Adcom 3D Tablet 707D – faulty product

This refers to the Adcom 3D Tablet 707D /Jelly Bean/Dual Camera/3G- White, purchased by me thru Homeshop18 and delivered to me last on 19Jul13. On Saturday morning I had informed Homeshop and also Apad website feedack section that the tab is constantly getting an error “Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped”. the Tab hangs and if not is slow. Have to restart it every fifteen minutes. Again on Monday had a call with support and based on their advice resend my complaint email dated 20Jul13 for assistance from Apad’s side. The following are the issues with the Tablet: The tab is constantly giving the error “Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped”. -The Tab is very slow -The Tab is constantly hanging -The Hanging requires restarting to be done every ten to fifteen minutes -Battery power does not last for more than one and a half hour. -The date always shows as January 1970. -Google play does not start. Till date have received no feedback.

As a result of the above am unable to understand how the amount paid towards the purchase should be recovered as no one responses.
