I have made a booking on 21st July 2012, of Del-Mum Sector for 3 Dec 2012 but the flight was cancelled from there side and till date even after 100 of calls and mails there is no response from them they go on saying that we have not started refund process as soon as it is started i will get the refund. Now almost more than a year and now there contact numbers are also not working .lease guide me what to do.

Kingfisher airlines has not only lost the trust of employees but also that of customers as well when they took money and didn’t even bother to refund the same.
