Product is defective. I received the product and in 48 hrs it started functioning automatically. Then i visited service centre. Issue is not yet resolved. in 10 days i have visited more than 3-4 times in service center and they are not responding neither Samsung is responding properly.

I want my refund of Rs. 21000 at any cost.
