Sony India – faulty product to replace the laptop

buy a new laptop from spectra vision sahid nager bhubaneswar On 15-Jul-2013. When I use laptop on 30-Jul he working good but I shutdown the laptop the next day I on the system are on ho kr ke off ho ja rha tha and show Windows 8 automatically preparing .I call the customer care he said on 3Aug engineer was visits you but he not come he call me and tell come in serives center I go on5-Aug and submit the laptop he said you come in evening .I call the service center and ask my laptop is ready he said no because your laptop defects in ram I order the ram .so I call the costumer care to replace he you send the scan copy of silp, warranty card , job sheet on this email -Sonyindia.care@apply.sony com .I send all the Copy on 10-Aug.costumer care said reply of this email in 48 hours your laptop replace yes or nobut reply are not come .

I wanted replace the my laptop because in 15 days ram defects agar wrranty last my laptop system is west .So I want to replace the laptop.
