Hewlett Packard – service provider is not responding

my hp laptop is under warranty period, i registered a complaint regarding keyboard failure issue, it has to be replaced by 12th august 2013, but it did not happen, neither the service provider is responding when i call them,

i purchased it spending 34000 rs. i am a software engineer, i need my this stuff daily that too with heavy work,

i want it to resolved as soon as possible,
