I had booked my ticket for 31st Oct 2013 from Banglore To Ranchi via delhi . PNR No :- YQKM7 Ticket no :- 0984147421801 When i booked the ticket the schedule was Banglore :- 09:30 Delhi 12:05 Delhi :- 13:00 Ranchi :- 14:45 I have received my ticket on 21st September now today i am getting sms from your Air india that the time of flight has changed (Bangalore from 9:30 to 10:30) so i have called the customer care and they are saying the flight is full and they will return my full money. I asked about the reason of change from customer care they didn’t give me any information. Now the flight ticket is very expensive its 50% more…i cant afford the same. I am getting engaged on 1st nov..that’s why i booked the flight ticket now i am not sure what to do.
