Nokia – Lumia 800 faulty handset

I had purchased Nokia Lumia 800 from Grace COmmunications,Dharampeth,Nagpur on 16.04.2012.Since the month of April’13 I am getting frequent problems in the handset and the handset was repaired for major repair at Nokia Care Centre Delhi with repair period of minimum 15-20 days.It was also repaired at Milap Electronics many times for small minor repairs. Due to frequent problems in the handset I have to purchase new handset Lumia 620 as alternative handset since Nokia care centre was not giving stand by handset during repair period. Third time handset was sent to Milap Electronics for repair on 11.09.13. It was informed that the handset has been sent to Nokia Care Centre for major repair. I am in middle management marketing position and deals with high profile customers. Frequent problems in handset disturbs my routine too much.

My Lumia 800 handset costing Rs.22500 was purchased on 16.04.12. In return I am not getting proper services, The handset is getting frequent problems in working. Because of which I have purchase another handset of Lumia 620 increasing financial burdon on me.

I want to get the replacement of my Lumia 800 handset with new one of similar configuration since I am fed up with the services and is always uncomfortable in using this faulty handset.
