I bought a Huawei U8860 Honor online on 01/01/2013 from Maniac Store, Plot no:442, Nr. HDFC Bank, GH – 5, Sector – 16, Gandhinagar. www.maniacstore.com . Bill No- R4560. (IMEI – 860085013674262) and now I am getting a serious problem, its touch pad is not working completely. So I went to Huawei Authorized Service Center, Guwahati then they said that its warranty period has expired and said that their higher authority instructed them not to receive such type of phones, also suggest me to contact seller, where as I have the proper bill where Bill date is 01.01.2013. Then I contact seller and they just said that you have the proper bill so you can force them for free service. Now I contact Guwahati Service center, they again refuse to accept the phone. So can I know what is the problem going on?
