I have ICICI Creditcard after booked the ticket using my credit card with conformation from ICICI creditcard excutive on 19 sep 13 of offer buy one get one free movie tickt and it’s not reflacting on my next month bill, i have called them and asked they told like it’s our mistake so we will revert your money but we will cancel your card as per executive superviosr told, i dont want to cancel my card for their mistake. kindly help to to get my money back and keep continuing my card.

Total Rs:580/- they have to return but they ready to return Rs:1000/- with canceling my card. i dont want to cancel my card for their mistake
