Dear sir/madam I have an axis bank credit card which was lost on dated 16/08/2013 and I hotlisted my card on same day.I received a reissued card on dated 21-08-2013 against lost card.But after one month I received my credit card statement from bank on dated 20/09/2013 in which show 22633.40 due towards me.When I check my statement I stunned to see that my lost card already used by someone on dated 10/09/2013.On same time I contacted with credit card department of Axis bank but they dont gave me a satisfactory answer and till today I have not recieve payment which was used by lost and hotlisted card.i contacted to bank everyday but bank always said we investigate your matter but till today i have not recieve a single responce from bank.So I request you that please contact with bank on the matter of used hotlisted card and gave me justice.
