I did online recharges on my mobile number bearing 9797889060 from Airtel website but none of the recharges were credited on my cell phone but the money was deducted from my bank account on 11/10/2013.So I requested refund into my account but they denied any payments and said that they have no records about my recharges.I even received messages from 121 that my transactions have failed and my money would be refunded but they did not refund it and denied any recharges.I even send them a copy of my bank statement but they denied it.Below are the details of my failed transactions and theie transaction numbers that I received from Airtel . Transaction Number 1: “Your Airtel mobile number 9797889060 online recharge txn ID 434895 of Rs.100 has been initiated.” Time:11:44:53pm Date: 10/10/2013 Transaction ID: 434895 Transaction Number 2: “Your Airtel mobile number 9797889060 online recharge txn ID 435334 of Rs.100 has been initiated.” Time:11:48:04pm Date:10/10/2013 Transaction ID:435334 Transaction Number 3: “Your Airtel mobile number 9797889060 online recharge txn ID 436821 of Rs.20 has been initiated.” Time:11:59:59pm Date:10/10/2013 Transaction ID:436821 Transaction Number 4: “Your Airtel mobile number 9596353900 online recharge txn ID (i dont remember) of Rs.50 has been initiated.”
I want at-least a refund of 320 rupees plus some fine and rebate from Airtel so that they will never do this problem to any other person in future.
