StarCJ – follow up done to get the refund

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to the order no.: 20130409038267 and Customer no.: 201304030727. We (me and my wife) placed an order in May-2013 for Malhar Sarees on StarCJ but did not like the prodcut and requested for the refund. I recieved the cheque dated 17-May-2013 for refund (amount: INR 2499/- and cheque no.: 79315; Bank: ICICI) on my wife’s name but missed to deposite this into bank. I realized this in the begining of Sep-2013 and registered a complain for re-issue of cheque on 4-Sep-2013 and followed up on 17-Sep-2013, 19-Sep-2013 and 20-Sep-2013 but did not recieve any response. I recieved a call on 23-Sep-2013 from the complaint department of Star CJ and requested to provide bank name and account number in which Gayatri (my wife) is having account. I provided the required information of the same day and followed up again in Oct but I have not yet recieved the refund cheque.
