Eureka Forbes – Inproper Service and replacing new components with old components during warranty period

The RO NANO water purifier which I purchades from Big Bazzar Trivandrum,started malfunctioning in hardly 4 months from its purchase date. Since, last 2 weeks i have been raising this concern and even calling the Eureka Forbes Service team. Anoop (service guy) came and took my machine to the service center for repairing. After 5 days he returned and installed the machine, infact he replaced the machine components with old parts. Now, the machine is again not working and even after repetitive calls the Eureka Forbes team is not giving any service. The machine is still in Warranty.

I want a well trained service from Eureka Forbes team to either visit and solve this problem or replace the old machine with new machine.
