I got a call from vodafone and they offer me a STD call scheme to reduce my bill, so I told them to activate the scheme from October 2013. But they activate the scheme from September. Also they charge me full for the scheme and did not deduct appropriate amount for the calls which I made.
Either they revert the charges of the scheme or if they are charging me full for the scheme they should give me full benefit of the scheme
