i had bought a sony xperia tipo dual sim on 21 november 2012 and i faced a problem regarding the touch,heating,network,autofunction and i had submitted the phone three times in a month but the problem is not solved till now even after replacing the touch of the phone and i am fully dissatisfied from sony customer care and waiting there is the worst thing that i faced.My sony complaint/ticket id is 13101200549.

i am totally sick of this phone and the service by sony care and i want the refund of my phone cause buying the phone worth this value for a middle class person is not that simple and i hope u can understand this and i had visited there 6 time and it’s not easy for me to spend out the full day and money for this.Please do help me in this regard as soon as possible.I shall be very thankfull to for this.
