Product purchased from online services of Snapdeal delivered on 27th sept 2013 via order no. 1280079344 under option to return product in 7 days. Complaint was loged for return on 30th sept2013 and product was picked on 5th oct.and reached snapdeals warehouse by 8th oct. But neither confirmation of cancellation of order nor refund is granted though received assurance of refund within 2 days from date of reciept of product in snapdeal s warehouse via mail. Assurance of prompt refund by the site is a acam and misleading.

till the amount originally paid on purchase of product is refunded, no action can be taken for purchase of another product.
