Dear Sir I am Sujeet Kumar & my complain No. is MSCO10026090. As I have mentioned earlier also that I purchased a mobile phone your store on 28/04/2012 in the name my sister Shalvi Yadav. Its IMEI No. is Samsung Galaxy 357160044466952 & its on extended warranty. I was facing so many problems in my mobile so submitted to mobile store to resolve problem on 13/09/2013 & the guy of mobile store told me that I`ll get my mobile after 15 days. Then I called on 29/09/2013 then they told me that “we didn’t get any approval from head office so u`ll have to contact customer care.” Then I called to customer care & they told me problem will be resolve in 48 hours. Again I called on 04/10/2013 again they said “sir give me some time, we`ll solve your problem very soon.” Then again I called them again & again but they are asking always for time. I don’t know how much times they want to solve my problem. I am really fed-up with services & customer care don’t have any satisfactory answer. Now you tell me what should I do? Please resolve my problem.
I want my mobile back. As they can repair my mobile or give me same new problem free mobile set.
