BSNL – W2 modem faulty product

Dear sir, I took a bsnl broadband connection ( with Type W2 modem from bsnl) last month. but sir this modem has “no antena” like others company’s modem so sir it has no range of wifi.(& its not only for pc,i have paid Rs.2100.00 for this) and also on pc internet not working properly from last 7days. respected Sir can i return this modem to bsnl or replace it with a better modem (i want modem with antena so that it would have a large range of wifi) phone no. 0562-2344037 agra (UP) mobile no. 9760073430
