The laptop has a Hard drive and a touch pad issue. The hard drive has been replaced but no operating system was installed. The touchpad has still not been replaced. It has been over 6 weeks and the customer support has no idea as to the repair procedure. I have a laptop without windows and will most probably have to buy a new windows disk for Rs.8000 despite having already paid for it as the laptop came preloaded with windows 8.

This has led to a lot of issues on my academic front and i have had to pay over Rs 1500 in bus tickets and phone bills to contact customer service personnel or to go to the service center.
