Guys, I am highly disappointed with the post sales services offered by the Karbonn Mobiles through its centres/francise. I purchased a Karbonn A21 on Feb-22nd’2013(IMEI 1:911240901346155). All was working fine until June’13. Within 4 months the phone showed problems. it restarts at any moment, not switching on for long. –Ok this might be accepted as technical glitch. The worst was yet to come. After tough time, i was able to locate Service Center in Pune. From July until Oct’13 i visited the services atleast 10 times but to the garvity of inefficited service centres employees, each time they had some or the other reason to avoid accepting the phone for repairing. Some of the wonderful reasons given by service centre -They had enough number of phones for the day-the reason was give me more than couple of times—do they expect me to stand in front of queue right at dawn -The centre was closed for more than a week in September/October— reason cited the company in noida had not yet got back with the phones sent for repair. -To add to these they had number of holidays–probably more than even the govt empployees. Today too, the phone number provided on the site of Kaustubh Rupesh Bhosale is switched off(its 12 noon) and i just dont want to get direcly to their place without calling them. To unapologetic, inefficient employees of the Service Centre, i just cant bear to hear another excuse from these guys. I would also thinking of launching appropriate action through consumer forums. Just wondering if Karboon if thinking of capturing the market through such useless network or are they in another money making business and nothing else. Thanks, Rohit +91-9881741534
