I have requested porting my mobile number from BSNL to Vodafone- two times- both requests have resulted in delays and no porting. I am told that BSNL has lost my documents and so now I must start the process a third time. I am unable to identify anyone in BSNL who can help me with this issue. The customer care page does not seem to work.
I want to ensure that this time the porting takes place with no problems
