Dear Sir/madam, I ordered online a samsung mobile model Galaxy Core I8262, on Oct 6th, 2013. I made the payment worth 12,830/- (product value)through credit card. I was promised the delivery of the product within 7 days. But I have been following the Mobile Store Customer Care since then & I have not received the product yet. On Oct 17th, 2013 they informed me that your product has been delivered & received & signed POD by you. I am shocked since then and lodged the complaint on Oct 18. The complaint No. MSCO 10028042 given by the Customer care executive Mr. Murugan. I was promised to resolve the issue 48 hrs. But now whenever I call them the are asking to wait another 48 hrs as the complaint in progress.
I need to get my product as soon as possible & Appropriate compensation against all the mental harassment I am suffering with.
