Having subscribed to the MTNL Internet Freedom Plan-1395 Combo, I am entitled for a speed upto 4 MBPS. However, despite my constant complaints to the MTNL Customer Care Service(Phone-1504)for the past 4 months, no action has been taken. I am being provided with a speed of 1.8 MBPS, since the time I availed the connection around 4 months back.

1. The speed be incremented expeditiously. 2. MTNL grant me Rs. 2000 (reckoned according to the difference in Freedom 800 plan, that offers 2 MBPS of speed and my current plan, Freedom 1395, which is giving me a speed of 1.8 MBPS.
