My numbers outgoing has been deactivated due to not receiving Id.

My numbers outgoing calls have been deactivated due to not receiving my Identity.But i have sent my Id two times. I am very worried about this. when i call custumer care for details they said every time that i have to send id nd they also ask that they don’t have received any id. Please tell me what is the solution of my this problem. My number details are— 9876571090 nd sim number is- 8991021006069773699
