I recharged my mobile on 2nd Nov, amount of 98+95+67+98+15= 373, which was unsuccessful but that pay site showing successful. I also got mail on same day which shows unsuccessful and amount will reverse. But till now no amount reversed. So many times i requested to that pay site kindly see this matter but till now now they have not taken any action. Kindly see this matter.

i want my money back only with interest @4% from 2nd Nov to till the amount credit.. and assurance that it will never happen again.
