On 1st Oct. 2013 we sent a courier (D14662037) from New Delhi to Imphal (Manipur). This courier contains ladies clothes costing 10,000-12,000. That courier never reached its destiny. We sent a lot of emails to customer support and called many times courier agent who booked parcel. On 30th Oct. 2013 DTDC confirmed that our parcel is not traced out and give us a claim form to fill and we submitted the same. Today another one month is passed and DTDC not giving claim amount and not even responding appropriately. We are feeling cheated by DTDC. The way DTDC is treating its customers is example of worst support.
This parcel contained clothes for festival (Durga Puja) and it never reached its destination. DTDC has gave false excuses for one month that it is reaching tomorrow or next Monday. As a result we did not got payment of the same. Our reputation in relative heavily damaged. It was huge harassment & mental stress to call and send emails twice or thrice each week.
I want apology letter from DTDC with INR 20,000 claim amount.
