Dear Sir, Greetings for the Day. This is for your reference that i had purchased this phone -Nokia Asha 501- Dual SIM on Dated : 30/10/2013 and Phone has been submitted to Neil Communication for being a faulty. Soon after Purchase i faced below mentioned problems. 1. Touch Screen of phone is not working properly. 2. Phone Hangs a Lot that too intermittent. 3. Battery Drains Out immediately. 4. Key Touch “P” & “I” does not work many times. 5. I have not been given free Facebook. 6. I was told that whatsapp will work on this phone, though it’s not. Despite of my complaint which started with below modes of communication. 1. Mailed to Nokia on Mon, Nov 11, 2013 at 3:54 PM at social@nokia.com. 2. Spoke to CCR’s on various occasions on 30303838, but responses were completely rude and problems were unresolved. ( Called them as many as 15 times) 3. Spoke to Neil Communication for 4-5 Times. 4. Put complaint on Facebook as Well. Sir, My only concern is that despite of my various mode of communication, Despite of me being in problem, Nokia people does not put ear on my word. Here i am looking for REFUND and NO REPLACEMENT, as problem started soon after purchase and how can i pay for something which is not worth being buying. How can i take the device which has been submitted to service center in just 20 days. If required, I can send you all the mail communication i had with Nokia. Refund of money as device started creating problem soon after purchase and same was shown to Neil Communication and explained to Nokia. Refund is only thing i am looking at.
