i purchased smart c7 phone through starcjlive on tatasky they told me that we can’t deliver this phone in kashmir so i told them to handover phone to my friend in delhi and get the payment of Rs 6999 there. but when he received the phone it didnot turn on next day so i called them on their number but they told me to contact company nakamichi for any queries i contact mr rahul. he told me to send phone to company for repair and refused to replace it. they handover the phone to my friend after 15 days but it got the same problem after two days. my friend came to home after 20 days and told me that phone has got the same problem so i again contacted company they told me the same thing to send it back but i have to send it from srinagar this time it took 15 days to reach there on 29 nov. now one month has passed they are refusing to replace it.,

replacement of damaged product with a functional phone or better would be my money worth Rs 6,999 =
