Airtel – side after 3 motnhs they respondbad misbehaviour

i availed a airtel broadband internet connection in jan 2013 with advance payment of 5000 rs for six month. From the start of connection the dsl was down frequently and i was not able to use services properly. i complaint number of time s but no response was from airtel side. after 3 months they respond and an installation engineer visted my home but no competency to resolve the issue. i suffers a lot then airtel provides me waive off up to 3000 rs means this was for 3 month but still services was ame the dsl was not working properly sped was dam slow and after complaints no response. finally then disconnect the connection and asking for 3000 rs bill i don’t know why and talking very badly in every call. i have all the complaints in written .

written apology from airtel and all waive off from airtel. all data usage and recorded call from airtel side
