I had booked a ticket online on 30th October 2013 for Rs. 362/- from Delhi to Chandigarh for 6th November 2013 (5.20PM) through M/s Travelyaari New Delhi (Travel agent) for the Punjab Roadways bus. The bus was scheduled to start from ISBT Kashemere Gate Delhi but was cancelled. Till date I have not received the refund. I have sent a number of emails requesting for the same to the said Travelyaari (feedback@travelyaari.com) and to the Punjab Raodways (refund@punbusonline.com). Both of them are no responding to the emails. Also made number of telephonic calls to their offices (Travelyaari – 011-44820000) ( Punjab Roadways MD’s No. 09465902258) The process of refund in the normal course should not take more than 3-4 days and it has been now more than 5 straight weeks. I therefore request that both Travelyaari and Punjab Raodways may be directed to refund the said amount of Rs. 362/- with appropriate damages which the Honourable Forum may decide in its discretion. They may also be directed to desist from such unfair trade practices in future in unduly holding back the hard earned money of the public.
