I have purchased GC 1089111 TAN 42 FOOTWEAR LEATHER purchased vide Invoice No. 1892 dated 09/11/2013 for Rs. 2,995 from M/s. AERO CLUB WOODLAND STORE, A-4, Lawrence Road, Amritsar [+91-183-5067707]. The Colour Fade problem was brought to the notice of the showroom on 23/11/2013, when I was told that the same will be changed, but PLEASE come during the next week or so, as the concerned owner/manager was not available at this moment. The Colour fade shoes was received for necessary exchange on 03/12/2013 vied repair slip no. 250. On 7th of December, 2013 by the show room. On 09/12/2013 the show room flatly refused to exchange the shoes and talk in rude and rough language. You are therefore requested to direct and advise WOODLAND SHOES to exchange the said shoes without any further delay.
