Balance of my account is deducting regularly at Rs 5 per week. When I tried to call customer care several times they started a countdown of 27 mins to pick-up the call and disconnected after 26 mins. After several attempts they picked once and when I told my problem they disconnected again by saying let me check. I request you to please deactivate any service which is causing such deduction and refund Rs 35 to my account. Thank you.
I want BSNL to deactivate the service which is responsible for regular deduction of my account balance. And return Rs 35 to my account. And ask them to simplify complaints resolution system and do not exploit customers.
