I have purchased a internet dongle from tata docomo brand store at fc road pune on 19th Dec 2013 after confirming from sales person that it will work at my residence at Porwal road dhanori, I have given my complete address to check. They said you will get at least 2 Mbps speed. Later when I cheked at my residence speed was too slow and taking 5 to 10 minute to open a page on internet, speed was not more than 300 Kbps. Next day I have returned that instrument to store and asked them to cancel the connection and refund my money as device is not working at my residence. They have earlier said if it doesn’t work you can cancel and you will get your money back in 45 days, but later they refused that they don’t have any cancellation policy and said if you cancel we will not return any money. I spoke with store manager and their customer care manager, after following up with them for a month not received any resolution. They have not even sent a technical person to check at my residence after requesting them so many time. Please help me ..
Want refund of money as device in not working and they have made false commitment to sell the device
