Sir, I have recharged my BSNL no 9410340830 through portalbsnl for Rs.139/- (1GB Data for 30 days) on dated 26.02.2014 through net banking. My account was debited by Rs.139/- vide transaction ref no: IGR4117363 on 26.02.14 at 6:06:47PM. but i have not received any data balance in my account and i am unable to connect the Internet. BSNL Top-Up Uncuccessful
I tried to top up my mobile 9480457212 with Rs.222 using my SBI credit card. The amount is debited from credit card but the top up has not been made to my mobile. The reference number is 88896362142. I booked a complaint and docket number is 3L27KT310380. They have sent a message that the problem is resolved. But top up is not done. Please help me in this regard.
