PRR085100604862 For the above mentioned loan account, I have sufficient balance in my ECS (citi bank) account. On 7th January, Axis bank have debited the ECS amount and credited back to my account due to insufficient balance. I don’t know why they returned the money back to my account. Due to which, the charges has been levied in my citi bank account. Also I received a collection calls to me and to the reference number which I gave at the time of taking the loan. Eventhough I have the sufficient balance, received collection calls to my relatives. I need my money back (which levied in my citi bank) and the compensation too.

Both the charges should be credit back to my account and compensation of 1 month EMI amount should be waived.
