Ebay was supposed to send me a gift for my purchase, transaction done almost 3.5 years ago. The cost of that item was approximately 3000 Rs then. Even after repeated requests over chats, telephone conversations, emails (can’t count by now), they still has not sent me the item. An year later they told they cannot work on this since its 1 year old by then.

I want ebay to return me Rs 3000(cost of item then) plus intrest of 25% per annum compounded monthly. Additional Rs 20,000 to the damages & the situation they put me in
