This is with regards to the complaint no : 217415964 – Data Connectivity issue which I logged on 03 March 2014. I got a message from 198 team that the solution is been provided however I am still not able to properly use the internet pack on my mobile no 9590892xxx (Karnataka Number). I got the pack activated on 28th of February but I have only been able to use the facility properly for only 6 days till today. I have tried contacting the helpline again to ask for solution but to no impact I was told that there is some technical issue going on. I have called the 198 Team for almost 20 times wasting my around 4-5 on call hours. I do not understand if I have asked for a service and there is a delay and problem from the company’s end to whom shall I ask for the appropriate compensation. I have been suffering from the disease called Reliance and now I think I must get rid of it by porting it to some other service provider.
I want a complete reimbursement for the damage that I have had on monetary terms and on the time basis. I missed so many deadlines, important emails related to my career and so many other problems that I can’t describe. I need a written apology as well for the same.
