I placed an online order (number 8370559) on the NaapTol.com site on 17-02-2014. They delivered my order on 28-02-2014. My order was for a Targus iPad case THZ195AP. Whereas they delivered to me Targus THZ196AP. Note that both are different products. THZ196AP has 360 rotating feature while THZ195AP does not. I wanted the non-rotating model and hence ordered the same. So I requested them to arrange to replace with my correct order ASAP. But till date, they havent done so. They first wanted me to return the product before dispatching the correct order to me. I protested this as I placed an order for an item and paid for it. I got the wrong item and now it’s their responsibility to correct the mistake. They must send me the correct item and take back the wrong item from me once delivered. Maybe the same guy can pick up. Returning this product without getting the correct one is not acceptable to me for 3 reasons: 1. I have already paid for it 2. There was already so much delay in delivering this order. So I’m not sure when they will send me the correct one. 3. The mistake of wrong delivery was theirs. So the responsibility to correct it is also theirs. I hope some action will be taken against the online retailer for committing this fraud.
I want them to correct their mistake and deliver the correct product to me ASAP. Only then, if they wish they can ask me to return the wrong product that they have delivered to me.
